Frequently asked questions

What does junk removal cost in the Niagara Region?

Pricing depends on the amount and type of material, access to the items, the labour required, and disposal needs. We provide a free quote and confirm the approved price before loading begins.

Do I need to move everything outside before you arrive?

No. For accessible items included in the quote, our crew handles the carrying and loading from rooms, basements, garages, yards, apartments, and commercial spaces. Tell us about stairs, elevators, or long carries when requesting your estimate.

What items can Load & Go remove?

We remove furniture, mattresses, appliances, household clutter, electronics, yard debris, renovation material, and debris from approved small demolition projects. Hazardous waste, wet paint, fuel, chemicals, suspected asbestos, and biomedical waste require another solution.

Is same-day junk removal available?

Same-day appointments may be available depending on the current route, crew capacity, job size, and access. Call or send your quote details as early as possible and we will confirm the earliest realistic time.

Which communities in the Niagara Region do you serve?

Load & Go serves communities throughout the Niagara Region, including St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Welland, Fort Erie, Thorold, Port Colborne, Pelham, and Niagara-on-the-Lake.
