What Shapes Your Quote

Clear Pricing Factors.

Small demolition quotes account for the structure, materials, access, preparation, labour, and the amount of debris to haul. We inspect the scope before confirming what is included.

01

Size & Construction

Dimensions, material type, fasteners, footings, and how the structure was built determine the teardown work.

02

Site Access

Gate width, distance to the truck, nearby buildings, landscaping, and interior access affect the removal plan.

03

Preparation

Utilities must be safely disconnected and contents removed unless preparation is specifically part of the quote.

04

Debris Volume

Wood, metal, concrete, shingles, drywall, and mixed debris have different loading and disposal requirements.

From Quote to Clean Space

The Demolition Process.

  1. 1

    Inspect the Project

We review dimensions, materials, access, nearby property, utilities, and the desired end condition.

  2. 2

    Confirm Preparation

The approved scope states what must be emptied or disconnected and what teardown and hauling are included.

  3. 3

    Dismantle & Load

The crew takes the approved structure apart in a controlled sequence and loads the resulting debris.

  4. 4

    Clear the Work Area

Included debris is hauled away and the work zone receives a basic final sweep.

Service-Specific Proof

Teardown and Debris Removal Stay in One Scope.

The quote connects the structure being removed to the debris being hauled, so the customer is not left with an unexpected pile after the teardown.

  • The exact structure or interior materials are identified before work
  • Required utility disconnections and site preparation are confirmed
  • Included teardown debris is loaded and hauled by the same crew
  • The agreed work area is cleared and swept at completion

Straight Answers

Demolition FAQs.

What kinds of demolition does Load & Go handle?

We focus on small demolition and removal projects such as sheds, decks, fences, hot tubs, pergolas, gazebos, and selected non-structural interior tear-outs.

Is debris removal included?

Yes, debris from the approved demolition scope is included in the quote and hauled away. Pre-existing debris or extra materials should be identified during the estimate.

Do utilities need to be disconnected first?

Any electrical, gas, water, or other live service connected to the project must be safely disconnected by a qualified party before demolition unless the written scope states otherwise.

Who is responsible for permits?

Permit needs vary by municipality and project. The property owner is responsible for confirming requirements unless permit work is explicitly included in the written quote.

Can you remove concrete footings or foundations?

Small footings may be considered after an on-site assessment. Tell us what is below grade so the quote can state clearly whether removal is included.
