What Shapes Your Quote

Clear Pricing Factors.

Every job is different, so we quote the work in advance instead of relying on a one-size-fits-all number. Your quote reflects the actual load, access, labour, and disposal needs.

01

Truck Space

Larger cleanouts are priced by the portion of the truck your items use after they are loaded.

02

Item Type & Weight

A few light household items take different labour and disposal planning than dense renovation debris or a heavy appliance.

03

Access & Carry Distance

Stairs, elevators, narrow hallways, long carries, and parking access can affect the time and crew required.

04

Sorting & Disposal

Items that need separation for donation, recycling, or special disposal are identified before work begins.

Common Items We Take

  • Couches, chairs, tables, and household furniture
  • Mattresses, bed frames, and box springs
  • Appliances and exercise equipment
  • Boxes, bagged clutter, toys, and household goods
  • Electronics and non-hazardous office items
  • Wood, drywall, tile, and renovation debris
  • Branches, fencing, decking, and outdoor furniture
  • Garage, basement, storage, and moving cleanout items

Items Requiring Another Solution

  • Hazardous or biomedical waste
  • Liquid chemicals, wet paint, fuel, and pesticides
  • Asbestos or materials suspected to contain asbestos
  • Explosives, ammunition, and pressurized fuel containers

Not sure about an item? Include it in your quote request and we’ll confirm the safest next step before the job.

Straight Answers

Junk Removal FAQs.

How much does junk removal cost in the Niagara Region?

Pricing depends on truck space, item type and weight, access, and disposal requirements. We provide a free quote before loading begins.

Do I need to move everything outside first?

No. For accessible items included in the quote, our crew handles the carrying and loading. Tell us about stairs, elevators, or tight access when requesting your estimate.

Can you remove only one item?

Yes. Single-item pickups such as a couch, mattress, appliance, or exercise machine can be quoted by the item.

What happens to items after pickup?

We sort loads and aim to donate usable goods and recycle suitable materials when practical. Remaining material is taken to an appropriate disposal facility.
