What Shapes Your Quote

Clear Pricing Factors.

Estate work is quoted around the size and contents of the property, the amount of sorting requested, access conditions, and the timeline. We review the scope carefully before the family, executor, or property manager approves the work.

01

Rooms & Contents

The number of rooms, outbuildings, and the total volume of furniture and household contents shape the load size.

02

Access

Stairs, elevators, long carries, parking, and items in garages, sheds, or basements affect crew time.

03

Sorting Requested

Separating keepsakes, donations, recycling, documents, and removal items takes more planning than a cleared-property pickup.

04

Timeline & Special Items

A fixed closing date, multiple visits, or unusually heavy items are discussed during the estimate.

What We Can Clear

  • Furniture, mattresses, and household goods
  • Clothing, linens, books, and kitchen contents
  • Appliances and electronics
  • Boxes, storage-room contents, and general clutter
  • Garage, shed, patio, and yard items
  • Non-hazardous renovation and moving debris
  • Donation-ready household items
  • Items from homes, condos, apartments, and estates

Set Aside Before We Arrive

  • Cash, jewellery, legal papers, photographs, and keepsakes the family wants retained
  • Medication, biomedical waste, and household hazardous waste
  • Wet paint, chemicals, fuels, pesticides, and suspected asbestos
  • Fixtures or structural materials not included in the approved scope

Not sure about an item? Include it in your quote request and we’ll confirm the safest next step before the job.

From Quote to Clean Space

The Estate Cleanout Process.

  1. 1

    Walk Through the Property

A family member, executor, or representative shows us what stays, what may be donated, and what is removed.

  2. 2

    Agree on Scope

We confirm rooms, access, sorting expectations, timing, and the quoted price before work begins.

  3. 3

    Clear Room by Room

The crew carries and loads approved items while keeping retained belongings separate.

  4. 4

    Final Check & Sweep

The representative reviews the cleared areas, then we sweep the work zones and haul the load away.

Service-Specific Proof

A Clear Hand-Off for Families and Executors.

Estate cleanouts involve more than volume. The written or clearly agreed scope keeps retained belongings, donation items, and removal items distinct throughout the job.

  • One designated contact can confirm decisions for the property
  • Keep, donate, recycle, and remove categories are reviewed before loading
  • Rooms and outbuildings are handled methodically instead of mixed together
  • A final walkthrough helps confirm the agreed areas are complete

Straight Answers

Estate Cleanout FAQs.

Can you work with an executor or family member who lives outside the Niagara Region?

Yes. One authorized contact can coordinate the quote and scope. Access, approvals, and the final walkthrough should be arranged before the service date.

Do we need to sort the entire home first?

No, but important documents, valuables, photographs, medication, and keepsakes should be identified and removed or clearly separated. We can quote additional sorting needs.

Can usable belongings be donated?

We aim to separate donation-ready furniture, clothing, and household goods when practical. Acceptance ultimately depends on the receiving organization’s current rules and item condition.

How long does an estate cleanout take?

Timing depends on property size, contents, access, sorting, and the number of loads. We discuss the expected schedule during the assessment instead of promising the same timeline for every home.

Do you clean the home after it is emptied?

Our removal service includes a basic sweep of the cleared work areas. Deep cleaning, repairs, and real-estate preparation are separate services unless specifically included in the quote.
